David Holmes is a fully certified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist practising in the Plymouth area. He holds both Certificate and Diploma qualifications, validated by the Clinical Hypnosis Institute. David has helped many people to achieve their goals and improve their lives.                                     

                                                  

He specialises in smoking cessation, addictions, anxiety, stress management, insomnia, weight loss, releasing phobias, enhancing sport performance and study skills, inner self confidence, public speaking and performance anxiety.

David trained at The South West School of Clinical Hypnosis and is a founder member of the South East Cornwall Hypnotherapists CPD group where he is the Continuing Professional Development officer.
