David Holmes is your Plymouth based hypnotherapist who is both experienced and professional. He is a fully certified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and holds Certificate and Diploma qualifications. He specialises in smoking cessation, weight loss, addictions, anxiety, stress management, insomnia,  releasing phobias, enhancing sport performance and study skills, inner self confidence, public speaking and performance anxiety.

David trained at The South West School of Clinical Hypnosis and is a founder member of the South East Cornwall Hypnotherapists CPD group where he is the Continuing Professional Development Officer.

David is GHR registered and adheres to the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council code of ethics.
