David Holmes is a professional and experienced hypnotherapist based in Plymouth. He is a fully qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and holds both Certificate and Diploma qualifications. David has helped many people to achieve their goals and make fantastic improvements in their lives.

David fully understands that seeking therapy of any sort is a big decision. Whatever your issue, he is there to help you get the best from your sessions to make those changes for the better.

He specialises in weight loss, addictions, anxiety and stress management, releasing phobias, improving self confidence and public speaking.

David trained at The South West School of Clinical Hypnosis and is a founder member of the South East Cornwall Hypnotherapists CPD group where he is the Continuing Professional Development Officer.

David is GHR registered and adheres to the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council code of ethics. He is also an associate member of The Royal Society of Medicine.
