Hypnotherapy is a brief therapy. Usually, two or three sessions are all that's required.

The Initial half hour consultation is free.
Each session costs £52

Hypnotherapy to stop smoking is usually a two session treatment. Each session lasts around 50 minutes. However, I am always happy to do it in one super session that lasts just over an hour.

The cost is £95 and whether you decide to quit over two sessions or just one 'super' session the cost is the same
